Special Beer Release Guidelines
Barleydine will purchase Special Release Beers for a select few individuals. We will announce what releases we will be attending. The order of which you are placed on the list is determined by the arrival of your payment. Payment cannot be made for any beer release more than one week in advance. It's up to you to guage the arrival of your payment. Please follow the list of rules below.
1. Payment cannot be received more than one week before said event. Otherwise your payment will be immediately returned.
2. If payment is not received by release day we will not be pruchasing any beer for you. Sorry, we're not a bank.
3. You must provide your own shipper. That does not include a box full of garbage, bags or packing peanuts. Please send us a shipper that will make it easy to pack your beers in.
4. A handling fee will be applied to each beer that you have us purchase for you. The handling fee will be 20% of the cost of the beer. We have a tremendous amount of our time involved in running around, purchasing, packaging and shipping. We will except beer in place of the monetary handling fee.
5. There are ways to bump yourself immediately to the front of the list. I've received money towards a Pub Club Membership or how about the time the guy sent me a Tactical Nuclear Penguin. These two gentlemen are currently at the front of the list.
I'm terribly sorry for rules, it's just been too hard recently. In fact it's been chaos lately, money not coming in on time and so forth. I'm happy to continue purchasing for you all, just please abide by my rules.
